In 2022, we successfully developed JR-1265A Automatic double channel drilling, magnet and iron sheet pasting machine  in China, filling the gap in the gift box packaging equipment market. 

Features as follows:

1. Double channels run simultaneously with drill hole, paste magnet and drill hole, paste iron sheet. Book-shaped box's inside box can be pasted magnet and cover can be pasted iron sheet at the same time. (grey board's length less than 500mm).

2. Realize collapsible box and duplex box with magnet and iron sheet pasted at the same time (maximum size: 1210*650mm).

3. Double glue mode to avoid the slow drying of cold glue affects the speed of receiving materials, making the paste more stable and more solid. Cold glue and hot glue can be used simultaneously or separately.

4. Two or three rows of iron sheets and magnets can be pasted at the same time. 

5. Round, square iron and magnets can be pasted  on duplex paper and thin paper.
